Sigale gale adalah sebuah mitos kisah sedih dalam kehidupan masalalu masyarakat Batak khususnya di Pulau Samosir dan berkaitan erat dengan upacara kematian.
Opening
Ladies and gentlemen, have you ever heard about the samosir island? , well or have any of you ever been to samosir island?, well since all of you haven't went or heard about samosir island there is mystic in samosir island called the dance of si Gale Gale.
my name is [sebut nama mu] from [nama sekolahmu]. and today i will tell you the legend behind the mystic dance of si Gale Gale.
The Story
A very long time ago there was a powerful kingdom ruled by a wise and fair king. he had a son whom he loved very much. the prince was discilpined and fillial, and he was gifted in every aspect martial arts "Huh", literature and education.
Everyone loved the charming prince including his own father, but one day, one saturday a plague broke out in the kingdom, and unfortunately the prince heart the disease "uhukk, uhukk, uhukk" the king was panicking, he searched all over the kingdom for a doctor or shaman that could cure his son! but no one could. the king was furious when his son slowly go paler sicker and finally died.
The king was very furious and he ordered his place guard to be had everyone who failed to cure his son "all of you, all of you fail to cure my son, i will kill all of you behead. all of you off with your heads". And so all those shaman and doctor will be headed but after the furry what was left in the king's heart was sadness and emptiness. He miss his son so much but there was nothing to be done. So every day he spent praying to the god instead of doing his kingdoms work. " O God please, please send someone, please send someone to bring my son back to me please give me my son back to me, please god" his prayers were not in vain.
One day a very well, known and powerfull shaman came to the kingdom. Upon hearing this arrival, the king was filled with hope. And He invited the shaman to come to his palace. he prepared a grand bank to welcome the Shaman "hmm, wise and powerfull shaman please help me bring my son back" said the king. "yes yes i can do that very much yes i can, but why should i" the king explained how his son was kind hearted discilpined fillial and talanted. he explained how his people's will be happy if his son were to sit on the throne one day.
The shaman felt how deep the love was and agreed to help under two conditions " i will help you under two conditions, one you must prepare me a statue resembeling your son very much, and two you must never, never ever get close to that statue!". The king was desperate and quickly prepared a statue resembling his son so much, the shaman began chanting. "Male mula jadina bolon tangihang matang hiang gon - marshahala maho tu paramaton nini tu pangeran tu gana ganaon, jalamulak maho tu, dan tampus siluanmu!!". Out of nowhere the statue started moving by it self when the king's saw that He was in tears he missed his son so much and without noticing anything he run and hugged his son.
But upon realizing what he had done he let go to see that statue was no longer moving "my son! my son! MY SON!!". That day he learned that there was no one else to blame but himself, he learn not to dwell in the past.
Moral:
And that ladies and ganthelman the moral of The love a parents have for a child will never fail So, Love your parents as you can forever.
